What is Included in my rental?

Do you have preffered Vendors?

If your event is canceled, we can apply your non-refunadable deposit to another avaliable date. Please keep in mind that we do require at least 7 days notice for cancelations. If we have to cancel your booking due to weather concerns (rain, winds exceeding 15 miles per hour, or temperatures below 40 degrees), you will be refunded in full. 

My event was cancelled, now what?

We need a flat surface - either grass or concrete - that is at least 15x15 feet to provide enough room for all our equipment. We cannot set up on gravel or hills for safety reasons of our customers and our bounce house! We need to be within 15 ft of an electrical outlet. 

What is the set up location?

We arrive 30 minutes prior to your event booked time.

Yes! We carry full liability insurance. 

How early do you set up?

Are you insured?

No shoes. 
No food, drinks, or gum on the bounce house.
No glitter, confetti, slime, silly string, or any other products that could cause staining or require excessive cleaning as this could result in you losing your deposit. 

What are the Rules?

We deliver complimentary to Tallahassee and anywhere within  15 miles of 32308. If your event takes place outside of this area, you can expect a delivery fee of anywhere from $15-$100 depending on location. We are happy to provide that information in your quote!
